For reasons unbeknown to us, we have decided to undertake the challenge of a lifetime... well for us anyway!!

Ranee Goedee & Nicky Yetton will be cycling 500kms through jungle and waterways from Saigon in Vietnam up through Cambodia and then onto our final destination of Angkor Wat on the outskirts of Thailand from the 23rd October through to 3rd November 2008.

For those who know us well, this will certainly not be an easy task! We are hanging up the heels and champagne to start vigorous training in preparation for this extreme challenge.

We would be really grateful if you could show us your support by donating whatever you can.

Your donation will go toward our chosen charity - Barnardos who work with children, young people and their families on a number of projects across the UK.

Some of their projects include:

- Counselling for Children who have been abused

- Fostering and adoption services

- Assistance for underprivledged families inc drug rehabilition
