Story
Obviously I like running, but there is no denying the fact that sometimes it can be a really hard thing to do. Especially if you're training for something (like a marathon). Especially if you live in NE Scotland, where the weather is, to use the understatement of the year, trying.
But there are much more painful things to go through, and sometimes people don't get to choose to just take a walk break or take a day off training.
Even though I would probably run anyway, I am motivated to keep going knowing that I am helping to raise money for a worthwhile charity. I'll be taking part in the Texas marathon on January 1st, 2014, as well as several races in the coming months. Even a donation of £1 would be gratefully received.
