Thank you for visiting my sponsorship page! My name is Russell, and this is the first time i'll ever have run a 10k distance! In fact my only training prior to this was 5-a-side football, and most of my teammates would concede that i'm unfit!

I'm running this for personal achievement, having never done anything like this before! And also to raise money for a worth while cause. Cancer research UK is a great charity to be raising money for, given that 1 in 3 of us will develop cancer at some point in our lives!
