The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has a worldwide reputation for excellence in theatre training. RADA believes that talented actors and technicians should be entitled to training regardless of their financial circumstances. As a charity we fundraise to support the students and work of the Academy.

Story

Hi All Approximately a month ago I was told over the phone that I was offered a place at RADA on their 3 year BA acting degree. The feeling of ultimate satisfaction and disbelief I felt at the time and still feel today, will probably never be equalled or at least not for a long time. This opportunity is for me a real life dream come true and something that I have fought to achieve for what seems like my entire life. The closer I get to the beginning of my first year, I realize that all the practicalities involved in not only a move to London from Denmark, Copenhagen, where I currently reside, but also a 3 year stay at one of the best drama schools in the world, would probably take an amount of planning and funding that has yet to meet it's match in my life. What I am hoping for with this web page is that the funds I receive here no matter how big or small the amount may be that it may help me with the costs of living in London. Every little bit helps! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
