We are a group of mixed ability runners who work at Ravenswood Medical Practice. We have all been training VERY hard for the past 3 months, as we are all taking part in this years Ipswich Half Marathon in September 2011.Our chosen charity this year for the Practice is St Elizabeth Hospice, which is a charity very close to all of our hearts. We are a large Medical Practice in Ipswich where the GP's work very closely with the hospice and their staff.

 St Elizabeth Hospice provides free palliative care to people with incurable illnesses and their families, in East Suffolk. It runs an 18-bed in-patient unit, a day centre and cares for people in their own homes through its Hospice at Home service.
