Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I started a '100 Day Raw Food Challenge' on 1st Janurary 2009. This means that I am going to eat at least 90% raw food until April 10th 2009.
My original reasons for doing this are: to help in my recovery of M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, to see if eating this way helps in my meditation/spiritual  practice and to loose some weight!

It was all about me. Then it struck me, what if I could get sponsered to do this and raise some money for Karuna Trust, it wouldn't be just about me! Infact, it would be a great incentive to keep going when it gets tough and i want to eat some chips!
I've always wanted to help Karuna Trust in their funraising appeals but unfortunatly my health has not been up to it, so this is a small way  in which I can.

But I need your help! Please sponsor me, even a very small amount will help, it will all add up.  I'm going to sponsor myself by donating a pound (£ )for every pound in weight I loose!

I shall be blogging my progress on http://rawbuddha.blogspot.com/

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Karuna Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
