I have until August 2009 to dash up hills getting fit,lean ready for my ascent of Kilimanjaro. Kili is the tallest mountain in Africa (5896 m/ 19,563 ft) and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. We will climb it in 7 days going through 5 different weather systems on the way up.

I sense this will be not only a huge physical challenge but for me an emotional journey.  I will take a flag  with every sponsor's name right up the mountain so you can make this journey with me as I anticipate standing on the roof of the world.
