It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Pancreatic Cancer UK will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Ray lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on 25th October 2006, 21 days after his 55th birthday. He fought bravely and achieved alot in the 18 months that followed the diagnosis. Motorcycling was his escape from the effects of this devastating disease. His final achievement was being awarded a Bronze Trophy in the Round Britain Rally, visiting 24 sites and clocking up over 3,500 miles on his bike. You can see photos and details of the fascinating landmarks he visited at www.geocities.com/bikermips
