Story

Hi everyone,
Thanks for visiting my page!!

For those that don't know the reason I am running the London Marathon, in aid of Macmillan, is that last year my mum was diagnosed with lung cancer and after a short fight she sadly passed away 5 weeks later.  Just a week before her 63rd birthday.

When she was diagnosed I said I would run the marathon for her this year.  Choosing my charity wasn't hard as my mum and family received so much support from Macmillan, so I am pleased to be running for them this year to help other families who are in the same situation that I was faced with last year.

So please dig deep and I thank you all in advance for your support and kind donations.

If you choose to leave your email address I can contact you and let you know my finishing time.

Ray.
