We’re Breast Cancer Now, the charity that’s steered by world-class research and powered by life-changing care. We’re here for anyone affected by breast cancer, the whole way through, providing support for today and hope for the future. By 2050, we believe everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live – and be supported to live well. But we need to act now.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

on Sunday evening, I will be holding Tai Chi and meditation lessons on behalf of Breakthrough. Now that the nights are drawing in, I will be holding the classes in a studio in Apmthill, Bedfordshire. Starting at 5.30pm and running through to around 8.00pm. Come along and learn the basics of these fascinating practices. Excellent for stress relief and general mobility, Tai Chi, originating in China, is a holistic health excercise. A series of slow, gentle exercises will help both body and mind. Buddhist meditation, recognised for its gentle, de-stressing benefits, it centres you and helps you deal with our modern pace of life.

We will be teaching these two disciplines purely on behalf of Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Give what you feel is appropriate and then come along and enjoy these fascinating arts.

Contact me during the day on 08000 191635 to find out when the next lesson is happening and where to go!

Hope to see you there!

All the best.
