Story

Hello! and thank you very much for taking the time to look at our fundraising page!

We are very pleased to present  you the REACTEAM! AWF’s fully equipped research unit which consists of young scientists and volunteers working in collaboration with senior academics, local scientists and communities. We respond rapidly to information on threatened marine species globally and give the opportunity to young people to obtain valuable field and research skills while experiencing unique and valuable habitats globally. It is all about empowering them to do something and use their energy and enthusiasm for the wellbeing of biodiversity. We have already 5 upcoming projects around the world, so check them out and BECOME A REACTOR!

We need to raise money to make this project happen (which will star this december!) and start making a difference. For more information, please visit our website (http://www.awf-volunteeringabroad.org/reacteam.html), video (http://vimeo.com/28477733) and forum (http://awf-volunteeringabroad.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?6-ReacTeam ).

So far we have created the ReacTeam vs The Teide Volcano challenge as a undraising event and people are helping us a lot! Check it out here! and look at the amazing pictures we took from the top at 3718 meters! There will be more fundraising ideas coming up here, keep checking to be updated.

So please, spread the word and tell all your friends about this worth cause. Help us save critically endangered species around the world while motivating the future generations!
