Its that time of the year again, another charity shake down from me. This year I'm taking part in the British Heart Foundation's (whats left of) London to Windsor Bike Ride on 04/09/2011 and I'd really appreciate your support. You're going to get a multimedia barrage of requests so there is no escape from them, really there is no escape!
