After many tests and being told by our local doctors that my dad did not have cancer, we all made a hugh sigh of relief. Unfortuantly after even more test he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Luckily a few months later he was taken to our local cancer hospital in Oxford (Churchill) and had the kidney removed. Again, after check ups he was told all was clear and even though there was still a chance he was told that it hadnt spread and he was all clear. A year later though, and it came back into this bladder, he is now undergoing Chemo.

In aid of my dad and all that he's been through and to all the others out there that suffer with this, im starting a fund raiser to sponser me to loose 2 stone by Christmas this year. I find loosing weight hard, i've already lost half a stone but have another 2 to go. I'd love to put the money towards this charity so better knowledge and awareness can be provided as its very disheartning for a doctor to not know what you have!
