Yes, it really is possible to have children and keep on running (if you'll excuse the pun).

And yes i am mad and am going to attempt to run 26.2 miles in April in the Flora London Marathon. This will be a fabulous experience and along the way i would like to give a bit back to a charity. This is in partnership with one of my running partners Camilla so any funds you leave will also get a bank match for Bank of America.
