Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I signed up to take part in the Marathon de Sables race across the Sahara Desert nearly two years ago, when I was sat at my desk in London, but as #78 on the waitlist I never expected to receive a confirmed place. So time went by, I moved from the UK out to Grand Cayman, and then a few months ago received an email that I had moved up to the confirmed list! Very exciting and a little scary.  So its been a few months of training, becoming a little unsociable and having to overcome knee and back injuries, but now I'm looking forward to heading out to Morocco and starting the event at the end of March.  Those of you on Facebook can also visit my Facebook event page for further info.
