On a cold & dreary November morning I was asked if I fancied taking part in the London Duathlon. I heartily accepted the challenge expecting a few months of training in the usual mild summer weather.

Now, 2 months to go, it is roasting hot, I am training in a heatwave and it is at this point I plead for your kind generosity to sponsor me.

The money is going to the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital Health Charity which is a charity close to my heart having worked in Kensington & Chelsea for over 6 years. I have recently moved to another borough but am still looking forward to proudly raising money for them. This year the money is going towards helping & caring for premature babies and children...

Please sponsor me, however much or little you can... It will help Chelsea & Westminster Hospital & inspire me to continue my training in what may be the hottest summer we've had in London for quite a while!
