South Africa has one of the highest prevalence of people living with HIV and AIDS, at approximately 30 per cent of the population.  Your money will be put to great use at the House of Haven Hope in South Africa, a home which cares for those living with HIV and AIDS.  At the Haven, children who have been orphaned, abandoned or have very sick parents are given a loving home where they can play, sing and learn.

In exchange for your kind sponsorship I will be running 26 miles around the streets of London.  A doddle (I wish).  So if you happen to be in or around London on 26 April and fancy a laugh, please do come and cheer me on.
