Hi everyone!

I'm teaching  a one-off class on Friday (5th of February) at Jubilee Hall in Covent Garden. It's going to be a great way of helping the Red Cross to raise more money for the victims of Haiti. The time is 6.15pm and it is a one hour class to help you burn a few extra calories. Please, if you are thinking of coming check this link:
