Reflections Childcare Nursery in Worthing, West Sussex is supporting a charity project to raise £20,000 to build and equip a pre-school for 270 children in Ghana through Plan UK, a registered charity supporting under-privileged children worldwide.  

 

This project aims to provide access to good quality childhood care and development in the Dalanyiri community of Ghana’s Upper West Region – one of the poorest areas of the country.  

 

We have raised £18,500 by July 2010 which included £12,500 from a generous anonymous donor so we only have £1500 to go!!

Our fundraising has included the sale of children’s artwork in the nursery as part of the West Sussex Artists & Makers Festival and two sponsored walks. Our last sponsored walk on 9th October 2010 will cover the 13 miles from Brighton to Worthing. PLEASE HELP US RAISE OUR LAST £1500.
