Story

Hi there hockey fans,

Every year since 2003, THF (The Hockey Forum - an online community of players, fans and officials) has held an event which combines ice hockey, fundraising and fun. This year will be the 6th such event (2 were held in 2003) and we have chosen to raise funds for Dreams Come True this time round. There are so many fantastic charities out there but I hope you will agree that this is one very worthy cause.

In order to take part this year, I need to raise a minimum of £30 for the charity. Each player must do the same. I'd like to think the generosity of fans and friends I've experienced in the past will help me surpass that total and raise even more for Dreams Come True.

I was proud to captain my team last year and look forward to doing my bit again this time too. With your help, that can be achieved. The game will take place at Hull Ice Arena on June 2nd & 3rd, with the game on the Saturday and a skills compettion on the Sunday along with off-ice activities for everyone including a quiz session, raffles and so on (exact timetable to be finalised). Visit www.thehockeyforum.com for more details (it's free to join and a great source of information and entertainment).

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Dreams Come True Charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Just click the "Sponsor Me Now" button above and help make Dreams Come True.

Thank You,

Ally
