      With love and support for Yvonne, Angus and Scarlett Fraser who so tragically lost their lovely little boys Harry and Ethan.They were cared for in the Neonatal Unit at William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.In memory of Harry and Ethan please donate to help support this amazing unit.

      This June I will be taking on the toughest cycling challenge in the UK: Deloitte Ride Across Britain.

      In just 8 days I will cycle over 960 miles from from John O’Groats in the far North of Scotland to Land’s End in Cornwall along with 700 other gluttons for punishment. I will be cycling around 109 miles a day over some of the most incredible scenery in the UK from the jagged coastline of the Westcountry to the majestic Highlands of Scotland. Although the views will be wonderful it is a huge test of stamina as we will be climbing over 51,000 feet along the way, which is almost twice the height of Mount Everest and the equivalent of riding up Mount Ventoux every day. And if that wasn’t enough… I will be camping in a tent every night in the event base camps without a feather mattress in sight. I will need to consume around 54,000 calories to power me along the way and will turn my pedals around 345,000 times during the ride and I don’t even want to talk about the amount of sweat…

      I am riding in aid of East Kent hospital charity and if you can spare a bit of money it would be much appreciated if you could sponsor me.

      I will be setting off from John O’Groats on Saturday June 8th and you can follow my progress on FB and at www.rideacrossbritain.com
