    This charity is doing some incredible stuff.

    CALM offers practical, confidential help from professionals, through their website, helpline and magazine. 

    CALMzone Coordinators work with local clubs, community, music and entertainment industries to promote the campaign to young men and provide them with local as well as national information and support.

    Suicide is the biggest killer of young men. 

    This charity makes a difference.

    Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit Jack's justgiving page.

    Everyone will have their own great memories of Jack, but we are certain he will be remembered by us all as a truly kind and caring guy who would have done anything to help anybody.

     

    In light of this, we have decided to  support the charity CALM in memory of our Jack. We thought it might be a nice idea for others to have the opportunity to make a donation to this worthwhile cause.

     

    The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) was set up to reduce the high suicide rate amongst men under 35. This is currently the single biggest killer of young men in the UK.  When asked, what young men indicated they wanted most was practical, anonymous and confidential help from professionals. This is why CALM was formed. It offers precious help for those who are in desperate need of support. If you would like more information about CALM, please visit www.thecalmzone.net.
