In memory of Andy McCruden, born November 30th 1976, died May 4th 2007 at the age of 30. He was taken from us by Pulmonary Embolus, a blood clot to the heart. Andy had suffered from Deep Vein Thrombosis In the past which was likely to be the main contributary cause.
Andy was known and loved by many. He will be missed by his family, his friends and colleagues. Andy was the man in the background, few can remember where they first met. Inevitably in time, he rose to the foreground, more important to us than many of us realised.
Andy spent much of his life supporting and fighting good causes, he was involved in the Student Union Rag groups. To help a charity seems a fitting way to remember him and honour his memory.
