It was set up in memory of a very special little boy who touched many hearts in his short time with us. 

Anyone who knew Philip would tell you he was a cheeky, very happy little boy with a very big heart. Philip sadly lost his life at 9 years old in a road traffic accident. The doctors and nurses at Manchester Children's Critical Care Unit did everything they could to try and help Philip but unfortunately he didn't survive the accident. To say thankyou to all of the people that helped him and also try and help other children like Philip, we would like to raise as much money as we can for the critical care  unit. 

 He is missed very much by all and remembering him is very important to our whole family. We would really appreciate even the smallest of donations to a charity that is very close to our hearts.
