LATEST UPDATE (3.12.07): We did it! We successfully climbed Ben Nevis last Wednesday 28th November as promised.

I've set up a picture gallery with more than 227 photos covering every step of the climb. There are some breathtaking pics of the scenery... view them freely at your leisure by clicking HERE.

Our HelpCentre in Peckham, London SE15 is facing closure – unless we buy our present building. This centre has been helpling hundreds of children, young people, and the elderly every week.

We have a new Youth Centre project that will focus on TRAINING, ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, and LIFE SKILLS for young men and women aged 14-25.

Peckham is in the London borough of Southwark, which rates second highest borough in gun crime and violence. It is home to no less than 20 gangs. But our work in the area has successfully recovered many youths from street life. Check out more details on www.thebennevischallenge.com.

My wife and I will be climbing the BEN NEVIS, Britain's highest mountain, on 28th November along with another forty-nine of my friends and colleagues. Our goal is to raise £1.6million so we can buy the building and ensure the work of the HelpCentre in Peckham continues.
