I set this page up to help Juvenille Diabetes put more funds into researching this awful illness.

My 5 year old nephew who was struck down with Type 1 diabetes at just 3 years old due to a severe vomiting and diarreah virus, has to have 10 blood tests (by finger prick) a DAY and 4 insulin injections into him a DAY, just to keep him alive. He asks why he is different from all his friends at school :-(

So on on behalf of my nephew, THANK YOU for anything you can offer.  We would love to see more research into this devastating illness done and hope by raising funds, we also raise awaremess.
