My current 5k PB is 31:33 . I have 9 weeks to get it under 30.

Once upon a time I liked to run.

Then I got out of the habit. I did a couple of 5ks, but never found my mojo again.

Now I've signed up for the Braydeston 5k in September, I'm determined to do it in under half an hour, and I'd love to raise a lot of money for Cancer Research while I'm at it.

Cancer Research is a great charity because there's hardly anyone who hasn't been touched in some way, even a small way, by cancer.

I've set myself  target to raise £300. If I hit my target I'll run the 5k in red lipstick ;o)
