Thank you for your support.  I completed the Marathon in 4 Hours, 15 minutes and 26 seconds.

My slogan for the run was by the fourth century Christian saint, Gregory Nazianzen:-

"Christ is my strength and my breath and the wonderful prize for my running.  It is he who enables me to run well".
