DEBRA is the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal. We fund pioneering research and provide care and support to individuals and families living with EB.

Story

On 30th October 2004 I preached through the whole of Mark's Gospel in one day! The event took place at Norbury Church, Hazel Grove between 8am - 7pm. There is still time to sponsor me using this site. All proceeds go to help the wonderful work being done by DebRA in helping those affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (E.B.).

8 year old Melissa Craven (pictured) lives in Hazel Grove and has E.B. Last year she won a "Children of Courage" award (sponsored by Woman's Own). She went down to London to receive her award and met her favourite boy band "Blue". Because of her E.B. Melissa blisters very easily and needs special dressings to cover her body. Melissa says, "DebRA is the charity who is trying to find a cure for people with E.B. Please help them and then I won't have to hurt anymore"

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: DebRA will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for all your wonderful support; it has been hugely appreciated.
