Well, I made it round and have the sore legs today to prove it.  I finished in 4hrs and 9mins which was just over a minute slower than last time...  That said I was pleased to have been able to run all 26 and a bit miles without having to walk.

Particular thanks are due to those who were able to attend on Sunday and offer their verbal encouragement, as well as to all of those who were able to sponsor me.  It looks as though the final amount raised for Dorothy House will be around £1,050 which is great.

I'm now looking forward to indulging in all of the curries and beer that I've missed out on over the last couple of months, and forgetting about carb gels and all the other marathon paraphernalia.
