Rhino Ark

Rhino Ark raises money for the building of the one of the world's largest eco-fences, designed to fence in Kenya’s Aberdare National Park and surrounding indigenous State forest land, which together comprise a total of 2000 km2. This area is now described as the Abedare Conservation Area (ACA). This not only provides an "ark" for endangered species, such as rhino and bongo, but preserves one of Africa's greatest eco-systems.

My story

2009 - We won the Tiger Line and came 7th! We rolled the car but made it round! Fundraising for 2010 has started (www.justgiving.com/chargecar_30) Team 30 has once again entered into the madness that is...

Car 30 Charge History
2005 - completed 5 out of 13 checkpoints - got lost
2006 - completed 7 out of 13 checkpoints - broke drive-shaft
2007 - completed 1 out of ....you've got it!
2008 - completed the course - came 5th out of 60!!

                          So what do we have to aim for in 2009?
