Rhiya was a healthy, bright and happy 2 and a half year old girl, she was her mum and dads world. Rhiya was a precious little girl who brightened up each day and was tragically taken away from us in an incident that occurred at her nursery (Nov07). Rhiya was born 6 weeks early and could have easily needed the care of a neonatal unit. Thankfully she was born a healthy weight and thrived from the beginning with the help and care of hospital staff.
This charity means a lot to us as we know the worry and anxiety of having a premature child. We also experienced the loss of a little boy before Rhiya’s birth, who was born too early to survive. As such, we acknowledge the importance of Bliss in offering support to families and much needed care to premature babies.
Please help us to reach our target for the charity so that a star can be named after Rhiya. Our beautiful little girl will then really be the brightest star in the sky.
