As you now know I've decided to give up long lie ins and watching the Hollyoaks omnibus at the weekend and train for the Royal Parks Half Marathon instead.

This year my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimers and so with your help I hope to raise a minimum of £500 for the charity Alzheimers Society.
