I'm in serious training - 5 or 6 miles, four times a week and cutting back on one of my great loves in life – food (and the odd tipple, of course). It's my fourth marathon so I know how painful it is going to be. I'm hoping to improve on last year's performance of 4hours 17minutes and to beat Matt Dawson and Gordon Ramsay again!
