Story
Thankfully the triathlon is finally over and a huge "thank you" to everyone who donated.
I finished with a time of 1.13 which is much better than I expected. My sister (obviously) beat me. Now all my muscles ache and I had great difficulty walking downstairs today. I nearly gave up on the run but managed to keep going and even sprinted on the finish line. Largely cos I wanted to eat the cakes available to competitors.
I have chosen the Brain Tumour charity in memory of Duncans uncle, John Williamson McGugan, and all the other victims and survivors of this awful form of cancer.
So please sponsor me now and make me run!
