Hi everyone.

I'm running the Bupa 10K run this year, I thought it'd be great to raise some money for a charity I know.

The Charity:

Rahma (Mercy) charity was founded in 1999 in response to the plight of the refugees from the war in Kosovo. They have since grown and become a registered Charity and an NGO in Kosovo

Rahma (Mercy)'s core work is to help and support the many poor and needy orphans throughout Albania and Kosovo.The number of orphans they help continues to increase. With your contributions and generous support, Rahma actively supports over 260 orphans in Albania and 290 in Kosovo.

Rahma (Mercy) plays a very active role in ensuring the monitoring and welfare of all the orphans that are in receipt of money and support. They make sure that the children receive what is rightfully theirs and they offer peace of mind to all those who donate to such a worthy cause.

About the run:

I'm hoping to set a personal best time when running this 10k, which will hopefully be under 40 minutes. I've never run a 10k formally like this before, so I'd really appreciate your support and donations.
