We are using this challenging offshore race in a small boat as a platform to support the great work of the RNLI. Nicki and I have collected for the lifeboat for several years and my mother has done so in the Caterham district for 30 years.

As we are an island race with a long coastline, the RNLI is a vitally important institution wholly reliant on voluntary donations.
