<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>On Saturday 18th June 2011 I will be taking on the highest peak in England and Wales - Mount Snowdon. In all, there will be over 40 of us hoping to reach the summit in massive charity walk, with everyone raising money for their own worthy causes.</p> <p>I will be raising money and awareness for YoungDementia UK which is a charity that provides support for young sufferers of dementia as well as their family and friends.&nbsp; Young onset dementia is something that I wasn't really aware of until recently, but having witnessed what affect it can have on both the person affected and their close friends and family, I believe that this is a very worthy cause that needs supporting.</p> <p>So please dig deep and support me and my charity in what should be a fantastic day, full of tired legs, kendal mint cake and hopefully lots of fun and fundraising!</p>
