It's that time again, when I try and prove to myself that I've got what it takes to be an athlete.

This year I'm again racing the Windsor Sprint Triathlon for Leukaemia research, but hopefully this year I'll look a bit better in all that tight fitting lycra? It was more Michelin man than Banana man last year!
