This time last year my dear friend Helen was fighting her battle with Cancer an amazing and brave person who gave me such inspiration .

Last year I cycled the west coast of portugal while helen was in St Richards Hospice ,we texted every day during that trip and she would give me words of encouragement to keep me going.On my last day sadly she did not return my text and I had found out that Helen had taken a turn for the worst and passed away on the 27th September .

This year I can not text my dear friend Helen but her words of encouragement will stay with me on this trip.

Helen charity  Breakthrough Cancer was very important to her and I would like to do my little bit to keep the fund raising adding up.

Please if you could donate then you would make this trips endless training and hard work a little more worth while knowing I have put a few more pounds in Helens chosen charity.
