<p>We're trekking out to Canada this July to help the Beaver Lake Cree community in its fight against large oil companies who are ruining their land in the name of exploiting the Tar Sands. Tar Sands exploitation is an incredibly dangerous and dirty way to acquire oil, and for the sake of the environment, future generations, and First Nations peoples, we'll be doing our darndest to hold the oil companies back.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>But...to do this we need to fund it first! All in all the group needs to raise &pound;4000, and I'm responsible for at least &pound;500 of that. So please think of the children, dig deep and get out the plastic. The world isn't going to save itself!</p>
