Until a recent Conference that I atteneded, I had not fully appreciated what great work the Rainy Day Trust does for people across a wide range of industries who have fallen on hard times or have suffered poor health. As a result I felt inspired to raise money this year for what I believe is an extremely worthy cause.

The Wenlock Olympian Triathlon is part of the annual Wenlock Olympian Games, founded by Dr William Penny Brookes in 1850. The games in Wenlock sparked the re-birth of the Olympian movement and the Modern Olympic Games. The Wenlock Olympian Triathlon is one of the longest running triathlons in the country.
