Massive thank you to all who have donated. My page has only been live for a week and I'm already half way there! Once again thank you all.
<p>Receiving an organ from another person is the most special gift. It is the gift of life. It almost always allows the recipient to lead a normal life and take up the activites and sports they enjoyed before becoming ill. I was extremley fortunate to have a father willing to donate to me. Without that gift it would not have been possible to even contemplate skking and snowboarding to the same degree, let alone competing in an event like the Winter World Transplant Games. The money I am raising will allow me to compete, to celebrate the gift of life that I have been fortunate to receive and to help raise awarenes of the need and importance of organ donation</p>
