I will be taking part in the Vitruvian Triathlon on 4th September, a half-ironman distance event which includes a 1.9k lake swim, 85k bike and 21k run.(http://www.pacesetterevents.com/vitruvian-triathlon.php).

I wanted to use this opportunity to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my mother and for everyone else battling cancer.
