International wildlife charity working with communities around the world to protect endangered species and habitats. The Charity recognises that if conservation programmes are to succeed then the needs of local people are kept in balance with those of endangered species and habitats.

Story

Friends of Conservation fund wildlife and habitat protection, environmental education, anti-poaching, wildlife conflict management and sustainable tourism.

As a small charity they are finding it difficult in the current economic climate but are an incredibly worthwhile cause. They are also the fund raising arm for the Cheetah Conservation Fund in the UK. I’ve been lucky enough to experience wildlife in Africa and Asia, its survival is often precarious. Please sponsor me for whatever you can!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Friends of Conservation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

My latest sponsors offline are my Mum, £50 and Soldierboy Mountney, £10 Thankyou!
