Craig and Richard completed the Great North Run in aid of the Alzheimer's society. The run will took place on the 20th September.
Well we both did it! It was hard going as the route was busy and very hilly. My time was 01:49:47. This was 5662nd place of around 54000 runners. (Just in front of Gordon Ramsay and slightly behind his wife!)

'Harry Bunn is clinically diagnosed with Alzheimer / Dementia and is being well looked at a care home in Birmingham.
