Our personal message:

Thank you for visiting our Mercy Corps fundraising page.

There is now no escaping the fact that we (in a moment of madness) agreed to participate in the Artemis Kindrochit Quadrathlon which is being held on 12th July in and around Loch Tay in Scotland.  It involves a 1 mile swim, 15 mile run incorporating 7 Munros (over 3,000 ft), 7 mile kayak and a 34 mile bike ride.  Further information can be found at www.artemisgreatkindrochit.com.

Our primary motive for completing this event is to raise money for two good causes of which Mercy Corps is one.  More specially, these funds will go towards two of Mercy Corps' priority projects in Nepal, the Cardamom project in the remote Eastern Highlands and the Kailali Disaster Risk Reduction project in Midwestern Nepal, both focussing on peace, reconciliation and economic development, critical to the country's long-term stability.
