My personal message:

I’m 65 years old and am about to ride a bicycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats, a distance of over 1000 miles, because I’m passionate about raising money for HFT, the charity of which I’m Chairman.

HFT has homes all over the country caring for adults with learning disabilities such as Down’s syndrome, autism, challenging behaviour and many other such disabilities. I’m committed to raising desperately-needed funds to give a better quality of life to so many profoundly disabled people, and to help HFT to grow to meet what is sadly a rapidly increasing demand for our care and support.

Please support me in my 1000 mile cycle ride – that’s a mile for each one of the people in our care all over the country – by sponsoring me as generously as you possibly can. Thank you so much!
