In September 2009 I will be cycling over the course of three days, the 310km between London and Paris to raise money for Diabetes UK.

Diabetes UK is the largest organisation in the UK working for people with diabetes, funding research, campaigning and helping people live with the condition.

Diabetes is a serious condition affecting around 2.5 million people of all ages in the UK, but by doing something, I am showing that people with diabetes can lead "normal" lives and participate in sports at all levels.

Both my younger brother and I live with Type 1 Diabetes, so therefore give our full support to Diabetes UK and the fantastic work that they carry out.
