Trust PA Spinal Injury Charity, was set up in memory of Paul-Andre Blundell (PA), who was totally paralysed during a rugby tackle and later died. He had hoped to benefit from the work to restore movement and sensation. TPA funds pioneering repair operations as seen on BBC TV. 10-12 more needed asap.

Story

Hi guys.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. I'm rasing money for a charity called      Trust PA (www.trustpa.org) which helps fund research into spinal cord injury repair. The Trust was set up in memory of my friend Paul-Andre Blundell who died suddenly a few months after sustaining an horrifc spinal cord injury during a rugby match. PA (as he was known) had been paralysed from the chin down and had to breath using a ventilator. The ground breaking research that has taken place since his death could have given him back the ability to breath on his own or even the partial use of his arms. Trust PA continues to fund this reasearch to help those who find themselves in a similar position.

To raise money i'm doing the Mountain Trail Challenge. A 30 mile treck through the Brecon Beacons on 20th September. I'll be doing it with 2 friends Rowan Griffiths and Mike Thomas.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
